All task and outcome as expected but from my observation your team need new uniform shirts. They have done excellent job and my thanks to you and your team for the fast support… really satisfying service with rationale price.

Thanks Kenny & Alex for the great after sales service! I engaged Hydro Armour 6 years ago for my house roof leaking issue. Recently I contacted them for a recurring problem that likely need a touch up. The team was very responsive, came to inspect promptly, and fixed the issue the next day. Highly recommended!

I am extremely impressed with Hydro Armour Waterproofing (at Bandar Sunway) which I engaged for the installation of membrane for my roofing and beams. In particular, its JOSIM team and their supervisor, Alex, who provided exceptional service. Alex went above and beyond - personally checking details, offering valuable advice, suggesting practical solutions, and continuing to support me even after the installation was completed. JOSIM team demonstrated excellent skill and provided prompt, helpful support whenever requested during the installation. Alex’s outstanding after-installation service truly sets him apart. He is always ready to assist whenever needed, showing reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I have engaged them twice, and Alex’s consistent quality of work and trustworthy support make JOSIM team highly dependable. I highly recommend Alex and his team for their expertise, dedication, and exceptional service. Ms tan usj6.
