They designed my house like what I requested. Totally follow my requirements. About the price, still can negotiate based on my budget and have few option of material to play around with the price. Their project manager was also very professional in handling all the contractors. Overall, worth every penny of my money.

Great experiences with the team. Staff really friendly and helpful, from the beginning of the construction until completion. Really satisfied with the design and the final outcome. Good job and looking forward to work together again with idfac. Recommended

This company is not there to help you get to your dreams as they claim. Not able to design meeting the given budget. They can jes tell you they will not be able to proceed with build due to their internal constraints. Not professional and not able to commit to a project. I guess they are not capable beyond just performing ID as they outsource most of the work. Keep an eye on the pricing as some items, they can be more than 200% of the market rate for the same product. They do not negotiate on prices and will not chg them despite evidence that the same item cost is far cheaper than what rhey quoted. And some items, which by logical meana shud be included, they did not include them but will charge you later for it.
