I’m truly regret on purchasing this brand. I start moving in my new house on 7th of May 2023. On July 2023, the gate alignment starts to have fault. During that period, I had called many times to the stated hotline but no answer. I have to climb in front of the outside. On May 2024, the gate failed me again. One side of the motor had to be replaced. Now, November 2024, another side has the same issue. Contacted the respective person, but no reply. It’s only one year plus, the gate has several major problems that makes me feel that I had made a serious mistake. On the other hand, I have another house that installed another brand which does not caused any problem for 6 years, not even a single problem. Marketing and sales team is super good. But lousy after sales service and lousy product quality. Thanks IGate of giving me such lesson.
