He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns whenever possible, making the experience smooth and reassuring. The awning is of exceptional quality, which I believe is hard to match by other companies. Its workmanship is excellent, and the design is grand, elegant, and magnificent. Very satisfied about the completion of the awning at my house. It is nicely done by the workers. It look very nice and economic. I choose to make my awning with PU metal material. Thanks to Richard that recommended about the PU metal for the awning. Do not worry about the cleanliness after the work done, cause the workers will clean up all the dirt and rubbish. Very recommended to those that want to make an awning at your house and u guys can find and contact Richard 👍🏻

Excellent awning fixing service with outstanding customer service. Jason very was responsive, polite, and very helpful from the first enquiry until the job was completed. The measurements were taken accurately and the installation went smoothly with no hiccups at all. The work was done neatly and securely, and they made sure everything was in good condition before leaving. The final result has completely transformed the look of our house and made it appear much more luxurious. Highly recommended for both their workmanship and customer service.
