Inhome is a great company that provides excellent products and outstanding service. The salesperson, Jason, was friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns whenever possible, making the experience smooth and reassuring. The awning is of exceptional quality, which I believe is hard to match by other companies. Its workmanship is excellent, and the design is grand, elegant, and magnificent. It has truly transformed the appearance of my house, making it look much more impressive and beautiful. A big thank you to Inhome, Jason, and the entire team for the excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality awning and reliable service.

I highly recommend the Inhome Awning South JB branch. We had been looking for a new awning supplier as long because our old awning was severely damaged. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Inhome on Facebook; after watching their videos, I reached out to them for more details. The salesman Jason was very friendly, he patiently and thoroughly explained the differences between various materials in detail rather than resorting to hard-sell tactics; instead, he patiently asked about our needs before offering recommendations. The customer service team was extremely helpful in scheduling the installation date, and they proactively contacted us to make arrangements whenever urgent changes arose. The operation team was meticulous, ensuring the awning was affixed properly and excellent works.

Excellent awning fixing service with outstanding customer service. Jason very was responsive, polite, and very helpful from the first enquiry until the job was completed. The measurements were taken accurately and the installation went smoothly with no hiccups at all. The work was done neatly and securely, and they made sure everything was in good condition before leaving. The final result has completely transformed the look of our house and made it appear much more luxurious. Highly recommended for both their workmanship and customer service.

We wish to thank Mr Hoong, the Site Manager & special thanks to Richard & Natalie for their arrangement & full cooperation for the successful installation of our IR Laminated Glass installation to our rooftop open space.
