A very big thanks to Serene for a help. I'm not even her customer but she's willing to help. I've do the awning at 2022 & found out currently my upper awning structure frame get rusty & lots of rusty water coming out. My invoice clearly state my awning structure have 10 years warranty. I called my previous agent but 1 week goes by still no respond. I didn't had a choice but to directly called to office which is base at Falim Ipoh yesterday and & their contractor had came & fix it today. So whoever want to do awning, please come to find Serene. Her responsibility is 5⭐. Deeply appreciated
