Completely irresponsible! I was looking for a sliding door for my new home. After communicating with the sales person, YY, we scheduled a measurement appointment for 3 pm (originally 4:30 pm, but she requested an earlier appointment, so I planned to finish my work and go that day to accommodate her). On the day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for her at the new home. By 3:15 pm, she hadn't shown up. I texted her where she was, even sending her location again to prevent her from getting lost, but she didn't reply. At 3:30 pm, I called her directly, and she told me that it was her head technician, not her, who was supposed to be doing the measurement (she hadn't mentioned it wasn't her). She asked me to contact the head technician. She did manage to contact the head technician, but told me there was a problem at the site and she couldn't make it, asking if I could reschedule. Encountering such an irresponsible person, I immediately demanded a refund of my deposit! If you can't make it and need to reschedule, that's fine! But please notify us in advance. Don't leave customers waiting there for 30 minutes with no sign of her and no word from her! Neither the sales person nor the supervisor showed the slightest sense of responsibility! They didn't give any instructions either! Given this situation, I have absolutely no confidence in them! And I wouldn't entrust them with any work!
