Project Manager Max did a detailed pre-assessment and gave good explanation for initial consultation. The quote was reasonable and worthwhile given the professional expertise and permanent solution to the leaking problem and with 10 year warranty. The whole team were skillful and did an excellent job with great efforts and focus. The admin support was also customer-centric. There were also constant updates on the progress with photos and videos on what they were working on. Kudos to all the workers who work painstakingly under the hot sun - please take good care of the workers. Thanks again for the wonderful service and work.
