They were clear with costing, realistic with timelines, and transparent whenever adjustments were needed. The workmanship quality was consistent throughout. Communication was smooth, and any minor defects were rectified promptly without delay. The final result feels solid, well-finished, and thoughtfully executed. They designed and handle all the renovations work while we are unable to be there.
