We found interior hunters on Qanvast, and they were one of the best find we found. We proceed to met Elaine & John at our house, they measure the house and proceed to have a chat to understand what we need and were incredibly patient with us(first time home owner, first time renovation, 0 experience). Throughout the process, they layan us and willingly to move the meeting time to late evening/night/weekend as i was busy during the days/weekday. They guided us step by step, made sure we are happy and understand the design process, the pros and cons of the design/material and gave great suggestion to help us save space in our 900SQF home. Elaine and John also suggested us to change our yard door to a foldable one so we can save space(which is super helpful!) Elaine handles the design, and any technical aspect we can always talk to John. They are both very knowledgable, guided us with their real life experience, and don’t mind to share with their own personal experience in home stuff. I really appreciate their patience with us. Renovation process was great, finished on time according to schedule! We don’t have to worry about anything about the renovation, I just casually pop by once just to check out the process. The best thing that surprises me is the floor protection. They had their floor protection all the way from the lift to our unit. They covered the common area nicely with it, and I am really impressed. (Check photo below) Overall, superb experiences. They layan all our last minute request and I am super grateful for having them as our renovation partner. Of course there are some hiccups but hey, without some hiccups we will never learn. Fast forward, we are now staying in this happy place with beautiful design by them. Happy to come home everyday! Thank you Elaine & John, with you both advance in your life and career! All the best!

We had a great experience working with Elaine and John. This was our first ever renovation, and naturally, there was a lot we didn’t know. Elaine and John were incredibly patient with us throughout the process — they generously shared their experience and practical tips, which helped us understand things better and made the entire journey feel comfortable and manageable. What really stood out to us during our first meet was their unique tag team approach whereby Elaine focused on the design while John handled the technical aspects and project management. This sets them apart from the other interior designers we met (which is normally just one person - the designer), and it made a big difference to us. Elaine understood our preferences well and proposed a theme that we loved. The final result matched the 3D design perfectly, which was very satisfying to see come to life. Throughout the renovation, they were professional, responsive, and reliable. They even helped us coordinate and take delivery of some of our furniture, which we really appreciated. The quality of their service and workmanship was solid, and they delivered everything on time and within budget. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Elaine and John to anyone looking to renovate their home.
