Very good service here, we were serviced by two personnel Ina from DIY and Baim from Installation. They're both knowledgeable, helpful and patient in advising and giving guidance to us. We're looking to replace our plaster ceiling and am happy with the visit at the showroom as there are many options available. Highly recommend to come visit if you need to see samples and consult with the personnel here face to face. Free coffee was available too, thank you. 😀

Definitely worth visiting ( Bukit Serdang HQ) if you are in the midst of renovating your house. The showroom is DIY-oriented, well laid out, and easy to explore. The sales representatives here are professional, polite, and very helpful — special mention to Ms. Adilah, who was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. In comparison, my experience at the Sri Kembangan branch was less satisfactory, as the staff appeared less attentive, rude, lame, unprofessional and the showroom had very limited display selection. Overall pricing is reasonable, and the product quality compares favourably with other suppliers offering similar materials in the market. A must-visit (SERDANG HQ) for anyone planning a renovation.
