Was looking around for awning and came across Ipoh Awning. Upon initial contact, I found the consultant to be very knowledgeable and had good customer service. He came onsite, measured and provided a quotation. He came onsite for a second time and we finalised all the details pertaining to my order. He said he would revise the quote slightly and will resend to me. I said ‘OK’ and even offered to pay a deposit on the order. Subsequently the next day he started ghosting me….. not responding to messages, not taking calls…… and the situation has remained unchanged for 3 days now. I truly am not able to comprehend what type of customer service this is. If you are not able to fulfill the order or if there are issues, pls bring it up in order that we can address it…… I’m just left in awe and in utter frustration…. What a waste of time.
