We had a very positive renovation experience with IQI Concept from planning until handover. From the very first few meetings with Hannah and Joe, the discussions were professional, detailed, and practical, which gave us confidence moving forward with the project. The design and drawings by Kai Qi were thoughtfully done, balancing aesthetics with functionality for daily living. A lot of attention was given to the carpentry planning, kitchen workflow, storage solutions, and overall space utilisation. Many details were carefully considered beforehand, yet the team was also flexible when adjustments were needed during installation. During the renovation phase, KC as site supervisor coordinated the works well and kept communication clear and responsive throughout the process. We appreciated that the team was willing to listen, discuss solutions, and rectify issues when necessary. Renovation is never completely perfect, but what matters is accountability and follow-through, and they handled matters professionally. Special thanks again to Hannah, Joe, Kai Qi, KC, and the entire team for the effort and support throughout the renovation journey. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and grateful for the work put into making our home both practical and comfortable for everyday living.

Our Project Manager, Atiqah Ahmad, Designer, Zhi Ying, and Field Supervisor, Akram were all professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’re very happy with the overall design and build quality — everything turned out beautifully and matched our expectations. The team assisted us from A to Z, from early planning stages all the way to furniture shopping, which made the whole process much easier for us. The only downside was that the renovation timeline was slightly slow and there were some delays, but aside from that, we’re genuinely satisfied with their service and would recommend IQI Concept to anyone looking for a reliable interior design team. We had a great experience working with IQI Interior Designs from start to finish. It all started off with meeting Joe and Mandy at the site for survey followed by visits to IQI office for discussions. Soon after, the preliminary quotation was discussed and agreed; the project kicked-off with Mandy's nomination as Project Manager. Mandy was very attentive and meticulous, she held a series of discussions during the design phase and our input along with preference were clearly discussed; when necessary joint visits to the site to double-check measurements were done. Ken as Design Lead did an excellent job during the design phase, offering creative solutions and paying close attention to every detail. Everything from carpentry, lighting, colour coating was thoughtfully planned. During implementation, Haoze was outstanding in communication and always available to handle clarifications, changes, and any issues that came up, whether related to carpentry, furniture, or unit defects. The team provided clear day-to-day updates and worked efficiently. Even when mistakes happened (very few and minor), they were transparent and quick to fix them. What really stood out was how supportive IQI was throughout the process — they even accompanied us for furniture, curtains, lighting fixtures shopping with drawings and mood boards to ensure everything matched the design. Choosing IQI was one of the best decisions we made, as they made the renovation and move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

We recently completed the renovation of our modern minimalist home, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. From the initial consultation to the final handover, the team was professional, responsive, and thoughtful every step of the way. She really understood what we were looking for and made the design process seamless. Kai Qi (interior designer) brought our modern minimalist aesthetic to life with a keen eye for detail and balance. Her suggestions elevated the space while staying true to the clean, simple look we wanted. Kelson (project supervisor) deserves special mention for overseeing the renovation works so closely. While we encountered some concerns with the workmanship of certain contractors and suppliers, Kelson was always quick to respond, address our questions, and resolve defects — even structurally when needed. His accountability and follow-through gave us great peace of mind throughout the journey. We’re incredibly grateful to have had such a dedicated team, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth renovation experience with a team who truly cares.
