We had a great experience working with IQI Interior Designs from start to finish. It all started off with meeting Joe and Mandy at the site for survey followed by visits to IQI office for discussions. Soon after, the preliminary quotation was discussed and agreed; the project kicked-off with Mandy's nomination as Project Manager. Mandy was very attentive and meticulous, she held a series of discussions during the design phase and our input along with preference were clearly discussed; when necessary joint visits to the site to double-check measurements were done. Ken as Design Lead did an excellent job during the design phase, offering creative solutions and paying close attention to every detail. Everything from carpentry, lighting, colour coating was thoughtfully planned. During implementation, Haoze was outstanding in communication and always available to handle clarifications, changes, and any issues that came up, whether related to carpentry, furniture, or unit defects. The team provided clear day-to-day updates and worked efficiently. Even when mistakes happened (very few and minor), they were transparent and quick to fix them. What really stood out was how supportive IQI was throughout the process — they even accompanied us for furniture, curtains, lighting fixtures shopping with drawings and mood boards to ensure everything matched the design. Choosing IQI was one of the best decisions we made, as they made the renovation and move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

We engaged IQI Concept for our home renovation and had a wonderful experience working with their team. Our Project Manager, Atiqah Ahmad, Designer, Zhi Ying, and Field Supervisor, Akram were all professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’re very happy with the overall design and build quality — everything turned out beautifully and matched our expectations. The team assisted us from A to Z, from early planning stages all the way to furniture shopping, which made the whole process much easier for us. The only downside was that the renovation timeline was slightly slow and there were some delays, but aside from that, we’re genuinely satisfied with their service and would recommend IQI Concept to anyone looking for a reliable interior design team.
