This is the second time I’ve engaged this company to design and build my home, and once again, the results were outstanding. The overall design and deco turned out exactly the way I envisioned my dream home to be neat, modern, and very well executed. I would especially like to give a huge compliment to Betty, who was in charge of our project. She personally came down multiple times to oversee the design, measurements, and the entire fabrication process, ensuring that everything was done properly and according to plan. From the early design discussions to the purchasing stage and final installation, she was always hands-on and very attentive. Betty was extremely responsive and replied quickly whenever we had questions or needed updates, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout the whole journey. She listened carefully to our needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and genuinely cared about delivering the best outcome for our home. Her dedication, responsibility, and professionalism truly made a big difference. The workmanship and material quality are excellent. The only minor issue was that the table in the boys’ room turned out slightly higher than expected, even though we had raised this concern earlier. However, this is a small matter compared to the overall great design and quality delivered. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and final outcome. This team consistently delivers great results, and with someone like Betty overseeing the project, it is truly reassuring. Highly recommended.

We engaged J&A for our master bedroom & living room built ins and had a great experience end-to-end, particularly with Betty who was in charge of our overall engagement. She was extremely responsive and provided us suggestions and guidance on the best way to utilise our space. She even came down to our place multiple times to ensure the measurements were accurate. The installers sent by J&A were professional and reliable as well. Although we found some minor issues that needed remedying, J&A was extremely responsible and we had no issues with post-installation service. Would recommend!

I reviewed the 3D designs a few times and had several consultations with him before finalising the design — which we only confirmed about a week before installation. I took the full package, and the price was really affordable for the quality and service provided. All my requests were handled personally by Nickson, and he made sure every detail was adjusted just the way I wanted. The installation was completed in about 2 weeks, and everything went smoothly. Nickson has been patient, helpful, and very easy to deal with from start to finish. Super happy with the service. Highly recommend dealing with Nickson!
