We first met Joey and Joel via video call from overseas and immediately felt at ease. We needed a local team to design and manage the full renovation of our bungalow in Sungai Petani, and JGI delivered with excellent communication and coordination throughout the entire process. When we arrived in Penang, the team listened carefully to our ideas, balanced them with budget considerations, and infused their own expertise to create a design that was both realistic and true to our vision. Special thanks to Mavis, whose design and 3D render captured exactly what we wanted. Her meticulous attention to detail - often anticipating things we hadn’t thought of - made a huge difference and even extended to guiding us through shopping trips for fixtures and furniture. The JGI team worked seamlessly together, handling challenges with professionalism while making us feel genuinely at home, almost like family. Their vetted contractors and vendors ensured quality at every stage, which shows in the final result. Heartfelt thanks to Joey, Joel, Mavis, and the entire JGI team.
