Choosing the right carpenter is extremely important for any renovation project. Unfortunately, our assigned carpenter, Steven, did not perform his job to the standard we expected. His workmanship and handling of the project created multiple issues and caused us a great deal of stress throughout the renovation process. However, what impressed us was how Joliving responded to the situation. Instead of avoiding responsibility, the team stepped in, acknowledged the problems, and worked hard to rectify them. They took ownership of the issues, coordinated the necessary fixes, and ensured that everything was completed properly in the end. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into a much better outcome. We would also like to give special thanks to CY, our sales consultant, who supported us throughout the entire renovation journey. From A to Z, she was always available to guide us, answer our questions, coordinate with the team, and keep us updated on the progress. Her patience, dedication, and willingness to help gave us confidence during a challenging period, and we truly appreciate all the effort she put in to ensure our renovation was completed successfully. While the experience with the carpenter was disappointing, we are thankful that Joliving and CY took responsibility and went the extra mile to make things right.

Special thanks to the sales person, Cai Yu, who was very attentive to details, responsive throughout, and quick to rectify any mistakes along the way. Overall great experience. They understood the ID theme and suggested design accordingly. Site managers visit and send report regularly. My unit has handled by Cai Yu and the rest of her team. Handover period was earlier than scheduled which is good. Highly recommended. 👍🏻
