Has been using this company for all my previous working days (by d way I'm retired) for many² years . And I'm still engaging them for all my home acon services. Very professional , they will advise u on all matters relating to the conditions of the individual units that u r having n on matters relating to the type of services required. Last but not least they pricing is very reasonable especially for those with a budget.

Thank you David and team for the assistance and follow-up regarding my aircond issue. Although there were some initial issues after servicing, they took responsibility and worked towards resolving the matter properly. So far the aircond is functioning well again after the parts replacement. Appreciate the effort and support throughout the process.

Very disappointed with this company. Initially, I was quoted a certain price, but after the job was done, the final bill came up to nearly 3 times higher. What’s worse is that they proceeded to do extra work and added charges without informing or getting my approval beforehand. I was also charged additional costs for materials like copper piping, which were never clearly communicated upfront. This kind of pricing practice is not transparent and feels misleading. I paid the amount to avoid further issues, but the experience left a very bad impression. I strongly suggest others to be very careful and make sure all costs are confirmed clearly in writing before any work begins.

I recently had my workplace AC serviced by JS aircond. My colleague and I was very impressed! The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The service was completed within the estimated time and the AC is running like new again! The technician are so friendly and funny, they’re also cleaned up all the mess after done serviced. Overall, excellent service! Please reward them with something good, down there i stated all of the technicians name :)

I called on Friday. made an appointment for them to come on Tuesday at 11am. On Tues they sent sms saying they will be at my home at 10am. I confirmed again. Then they called saying, they can be only at 12. I was not happy. They then said they can be at my place at 11am. At 11am no show. At 1105am they message on-the-way and said they will be at my place in 5minutes. At 1115am they said otw agsin. At 1120am still no show....I called and cancelled. Maybe they do good work. But, it this case, they can't keep the appointment. Sad
