Honestly, I’m quite disappointed with the final workmanship. I understand the repair may solve the plumbing issue, but the finishing and exposed piping do not look neat or professional, especially considering the cost I expected. I wish this had been explained properly beforehand because it affects the overall appearance of the bathroom significantly. At the moment, I would not confidently recommend this workmanship quality to others. Thank you

Very fast response to request. Work is done immediately. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Khai Plumber 👍🏻 Got his service the 2nd time due to low water pressure and to install new water tank, He Help me settle the work within 2 days, fast efficient and great job. Highly recommended👍🏻

I saw half of the reviews gave this plumbing service 5 stars and highly recommended while another half just gave bad reviews with evidence. So here’s my review. They answered fast, came during emergency (esok raya), do the repairs (change broken faucet), charged extremely high, I paid, they left in less than 15 minutes. The same day the faucet leaked. I whatsapped (a week later after raya), called, they promise to come, but never came. Gave excuses. Meanwhile their whatsapp status showed otherwise. I think they have different team (of two person) doing this job under this company name and maybe, the ones that gave good reviews got lucky and was served by good people.
