Easy to deal with Mr Nathan, explained what they will do and gave an estimate at a reasonable cost. Very satisfied with the finished product and cleaned up well when they were done working. Definitely recommended!

We had a leakage problem from the roof due to damaged metal flashing and contacted KJ Materials & Services for inspection. From the beginning, they handled the work in a very professional manner. They explained the issue honestly and suggested the right repair instead of asking us to do unnecessary work. Their team arrived on time, completed the repair neatly, and paid attention to every detail. After several heavy rains, the roof has remained completely leak-free. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and their commitment to doing the job properly. It is not easy to find a contractor who is reliable, honest, and stands behind their work. We appreciate their service and will definitely recommend KJ Materials & Services to our friends and business associates.
