My toilet bowl got stuck after I accidentally threw a plastic cap inside. Many handymen came over during the past 2 years, but unfortunately none of them could solve the problem. I spent a lot of money and honestly felt very disappointed because toilet is something very important in every home. With a heavy heart, I WhatsApped the number I saw on Facebook. Nowadays there are so many scammers around, so I was a bit worried at first. But I received a very polite response and stayed in contact with them for almost a week. Yesterday they confirmed they would come today at 2.30pm — and yes, they came as promised. They checked and tried step by step very patiently. Finally around 6pm, they told me the last option was to break the toilet bowl because they were quite sure the plastic cap was stuck in one area. And yes, they were absolutely right! The plastic cap was found exactly where they said it would be. They help me to buy a new toilet set and did a wonderful job. Their work was very neat and clean, and the charges were reasonable too. There's also warranty too for some of the parts that were being replaced. Even helped put back the items removed to do work back as it is.
