We had a great experience with Alexandra during the renovation of our new home. She is professional, responsible, and always willing to explain everything clearly. She also made sure to confirm with us before carrying out any work, which gave us peace of mind. Alexander coordinated well with all the vendors, making the whole renovation process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable project manager.

Klassmen didn’t just renovate, they brought our dream space to life. From handling last-minute design changes to making sure every detail was perfect, the dedication of Elaine our ID was truly impressive. She took care of everything, big and small, finding us solutions that fit out budgets and vision. We weren’t just looking for a contractor, we wanted a collaborator with expert advice, and Elaine from Klassmen delivered.

Had a great experience with Klaas for our home interior project. Huge thanks to Syira for being so helpful, creative, and attentive throughout the whole process. The final outcome turned out even better than we imagined — beautiful, practical, and high quality. Highly recommended!

The experience with this interior design company has been extremely disappointing. The project is still ongoing, but there have already been repeated delays and the work has not followed the agreed timeline. I’ve had to constantly chase the team for updates, and it often feels like there is no proper project management coordinating the progress. The workmanship to date has been below expectation, with several areas completed untidily and requiring rework. More concerning, some of the materials used on site do not match what was stated in the quotation. This raises serious concerns about transparency and quality control. I expect the team to take full responsibility, return to site, and complete all outstanding work properly without further delay. Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to consider alternative options.

The most important thing about these guys is they’re trustworthy. Work wise, good material. They don’t skimp on quality but can be a little pricy and that’s ok since you get to pick what you want to get on your own (ie. Fan, curtains, etc) which i did. Ideation wise, I’d like to give Shafiq from the team a big shout out for bringing the vision to life. Timeline wise, I suppose some work is needed here. But overall, from a person who’s been scammed by contractors and had to deal with some level of abandonment for different units, these guys will get your job done. No hanky panky, and also credit is due to the boss Leslie who is always on the ball when things falter. Great job and will recommend to friends and family!
