Mahedi is my trusted contractor and has known him for many years. very professional and articulate in his dealing. he's from Bangladesh, but has been around the business and has earned a good reputation among many satisfied clients from friends and family i recommended him. the latest problem he help me solved is 2 leaking areas. one from my upper level porch and another one from the water tank above my house. when it rain, the leak went directly above my electric DB and i freaked out everytime the sky turned cloudy. he helped repair the tank at minimal cost, prevented me from having to replace te entire tank. he gave me daily photo update when he is doing his work. he did a stagnant water test to really make sure the water proofing was working before backfilling them with tiles. all in all, he's very particular with his job and take responsibility. previous leaking problems he helped solved has been permenant and im sure this time will be permanant too. he gave me warranty in past jobs that if there is problem can contact him. im pleased so far i don't need to resort to this. even if i need, i have no doubt he will be answerable and resolve. some picture he updated me on daily basis all my friends and family i recommended to thanked me for this recommendation. not one has complained or dissatisfied. he asked me for this review and im glad to write this. highly recommend Mahedi to any one.
