I have engaged MKA team to on the cabinet renovation last Dec. On the other hand, they have introduced KM team for electrical, plaster ceiling and renovation work. I have to say Paul and Ah Lam had done an amazing job through the whole renovation period. Although my project is being delayed, they are okay with the wait and assist in delivering smooth process of renovation work. Shoutout to Paul, Ah Lam and his team on overseeing the works and making sure I am satisfied with every work details before handing back the unit over to me. They also provide excellent advice on the lighting designs, electrical setup, and other renovation advices with good insight so that we understand what we are getting. Price is reasonable as well and they are transparent on the breakdown of the cost. Overall great job from them and I hope to work with them again in future.

I got to know KM through MKA Cabinet. My main contact was Kean, and I also met Lam and Lun during the project. I engaged them for plaster ceiling, electrical, lighting, installation, and painting works. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, the team was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I recently engage the renovation service from KM Concept, Mr Raymond are the one that serve me from start till end, I engage KM Concept for my house wet work which include wall hacking, floor tiling , electrical wiring, kitchen piping and others jobs. I am very pleased with Mr Raymond fast respond on all my request during the renovation process. And he is very experience in his field and equipped with all the know-how on the house renovation works. Their workmanship is also very good.
