Call them for piping blockage. They agreed and assure to me that my house has been scheduled on 12/7/2024. Give them until 5pm to come but later not replying any of my messages. Wasting one whole day waiting for them and have to call another plumber. If suddenly not available or cannot fulfil customer's request, better inform earlier. Don't keep quiet.
