I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the staff you sent to repair the awning at my home. They did an excellent job and were extremely patient and careful in their work. They thoughtfully removed the peeling paint and repainted it properly, making sure everything was done neatly and professionally. Their attitude and workmanship were truly commendable. Thank you for the great service and for having such dedicated and responsible employees. It is very much appreciated.

Not the L1 in cost but definitely one of the best awning company in town due to their strong sales team, long history of metal structure installation company and very professional installation team. Sales team is very flexible in responding to owners request and always come out creative ideas to overcome installation obstacle to fulfill owners request on the design and installation. The sale adviser Amy Kua is always responsive to any queries and fast response to any requests so really appreciate her hard work and also her manager Kelly for this project. You really get what you pay for, they may not be the lowest in pricing but you wont be regretted for getting the awning system from Koon Ken for long term usage and maintenance free system. I did several comparisons of quotation from different vendors and Koon Ken stand up with the best value for money company. The cheapest installation system maybe good for the pocket in the short term but it may not work for long term so it can be more costly later with all kinds of hassles and headaches. The quotation specified exactly what size of metal for the structure on every single panel. The installation team will not sacrifice any risks on safety if the design does not meet their expectation on safety standard. Kudos to the Koon Ken team for such an excellent installation to my house and it took only 10 working days to complete the job for the whole house with approximately 1500 square feet of ACP and 2 front aluminium ceiling.
