Just wanted to share my experience regarding the recent awning installation for my house. Was very satisfied with the outcome managed by Sales Manager Ms. Kelly & her team QLE 6663. The workmanship of the workers in charge were very elaborate and done with thoughtful consideration. They even tidied up the area properly once they were done. Workmanship and material used were good, and of course the cost is a bit on the high side. They offer 2 yrs warranty for awning leakage touch up and 10 yrs warranty for structure solidity. Salesman has been responsive. Overall experience is pleasant.

We reached out to Koon Ken to install an awning for our home balcony and overall the process from start to finish was smooth and the team was responsive and helpful. The sales rep David was very helpful and responded quick to all of our queries and always kept us inform of the awning installation progress from start to end. Installation team led by Peter was good as they did place down protective sheets to avoid damaging the flooring and the process was efficient.
