Review update; Two weeks after I posted on Google review, I received a call and follow-up from another team member. They were responsive during the site visit and provided a time frame for the defect team to follow up. Although the earlier issues had disrupted my plan, the after sales team was able to make things right. I would recommend call their hotline if your salesperson is not being responsive, or if you have any other queries. At first, I was impressed by the posts and positive reviews about the team on XHS. I contacted them and proceeded with the quotation right away because of their good reputation. However, things started to go downhill during the cabinet installation. The salesperson knew what kind of sink and stove I was using at that point, and never briefed me properly on the process. Important details such as the gap between the cabinets and the fact back panel of the sink cabinet wasn’t included were never mentioned before! After that, I waited and had to continuously follow up just to get updates. As a first-timer in cabinet installation, I think it is unreasonable to expect customer to be aware of all these technical details. Instead of providing proactive guidance, the salesperson left it to me to chase for updates and clarify things that should’ve been clearly communicated in the first place!

So what happened was my cabinet kembang after a couple of months. Wasn't happy with the way the salesperson replied - he stated that it is not covered under warranty. I wrote a Google Review and the team - Venice reached out to quickly rectify and sent someone to replace it within 2 weeks. I think there is still a strong emphasis on post sales customer support. Trust is restored. Please insist on your installer using waterproof sealant.

looking for a mirror type cabinet door to replace my melamine old wardrobe door. Mr. Mervyn replied my whatsapp immediately with the quotation. He even come to do the cabinet door measurement on the same day! He told me that approximately it will takes about 1 to 2 weeks for production and installation. But they came earlier! Today my wardrobe looks new with a beautiful aluminium mirror door. I'm very happy with the quality of the aluminium mirror door and the service by Mr. Mervyn and his team. They did an excellent job and the installation work was very quick and professional. I highly recommend Kuchemate Concept for cabinet, wardrobe and tailored made furniture 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
