VR Burn

Took a few days to reply me. Before any consultation, asked me to pay RM1k as deposit and fees first, even before any query or site visit which i thought was not appropriate, because i didnt tell them what the scope of work is just asking if they are available to inspect. The delayed response and blind fees put me off. Lucky i didnt choose them, imagine getting this treatment during the execution time.
