LMR (He) is very responsive, reliable, and meticulous, can tell he is passionate about his work. His quotation is also reasonable, we compared about 4 to 5 quotations prior to engaging with LMR. Things we are comfortable with him, 1) His advice is practical, 2) Straight to the point, no fluff, 3) We are comfortable with his payment terms, 4) He is an experienced renovation contractor, works very fast, able to rectify things very quickly. The best part that, we coordinated with LMR with renovation works while we were continue with my office work from Singapore. He was efficient and proactive; we are relieved and pleased that we’ve entrusted him for renovation while we were working from Singapore. We highly recommend!
