I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent work done on my house renovation by Limico Concept. The carpentry work is of good quality and despite some delays, the overall workmanship met my expectations. A special thanks to Jack Chin from the sales team for his assistant throughout the process. I am also grateful to Rex, the designer, for his creative design ideas and valuable suggestions, especially in helping me with furniture concepts. A big thank you as well to Darren, the site supervisor, who was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist with installations even when they were not part of the original scope. Lastly, l would like to thank Keen Meng for stepping in to supervise the site until late at night, ensuring that the remaining work was completed smoothly within the agreed timeline. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with the team at Limico Concept, and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you, everyone!

Not the cheapest option, but definitely the one that suited me best in terms of time and quality management. Of course, no renovation is ever 100% smooth and some issues occurred along the way, but I really appreciate the team’s proactive problem solving and corrective actions. I recently engaged this renovation company for the renovation of my condo unit, which included carpentry works for several cabinets, additional wiring and switches, as well as some design ideas inspired by social media that were not very conventional. Overall, the team was helpful and collaborative throughout the process — from the salesperson (Jack), interior designer (YiMeng), installation team, to the site supervisor (Jun Kit) on ground. Whenever there were unusual requests or design challenges, they were willing to discuss, explore alternatives and find workable solutions together. I also appreciate that the team provided weekly updates to keep me informed on the renovation progress. While there were some hiccups along the way, the matters were eventually sorted out professionally. Overall, I’m satisfied with the completed renovation and appreciate the team’s effort in delivering the final outcome.
