Just gave a call after viewing the excellent comments given by some users. I find who ever took my call was rude and uninterested. The basic service courtesy was very lacking. I don't think I will recommend this company to my contacts.

Best Experience!! On time, on budget, high quality outcome! I contacted about 10 contractors and received 6 quotes to renovate my bare office in SkyPark Cyberjaya. Most contractors responded speedily and I provided the same details (floor plan, materials, furniture, etc) to all of them. They all asked "What is your budget?" My response was "I am willing to pay a fair amount to get renovation per my description/specs." The quotes ranged from RM90K to RM280K, most around RM150K (everything inclusive). My initial contact was Chong at the LittleAnt Studio. He took time to understand my requirements, reviewed them, then provided good feedback but not trying to shove down my throat. He then updated the drawing/plan/schedule accordingly. After finalizing the plan on paper, Tan took over and started this 2.5 month project. I was overseas for the last 70% of the project. The transition from Chong to Tan was seamless. Tan was as attentive as Chong and I am very impressed with their abilities to provide very practical, high quality but economical solutions when we encountered unexpected issues. Ie. NOT expensive or simple solutions to just benefit themselves. More importantly, they always made sure the final decisions were mine then implemented my decisions perfectly. The project also involved reinstated my old office to bare. They even helped my staff in managing our office move, which was not part of the contract. At the end, everything was on schedule and cost per their quote. My staff started to use the office in April. I just returned from overseas (July) and am just very pleased with the outcome = exactly what I wanted. Perfect! Their after service is very good too. They continue to be prompt in their responses and in addressing fixes. Note: the fixes were minor and expected, some were my misunderstanding of the info they provided while I was overseas. In summary, excellent job!! Will definitely engage them again for my future renovation projects.

I've gotten Mr. Chong's contact from my condo's contractor. He & his team did a very good job despite the big mess caused by another company's contractor. And they did it very fast. Mr. Chong was very responsive to my enquiries and sudden requests (to add power points/sockets). Really thankful to him. Awesome job!
