Despite the good rating, I dropped them from further consideration due to 2 factors: (1) Poor response time: Was informed by the CS that the PIC will contact me within the same day. Unfortunately, it took them days to drop me a message. And, another few more days to reply my queries. (2) Charged clients for the drawing fee prior to being engaged to offer such services- I believe it is important for clients to have the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the services. This builds trust and gives us valuable one-on-one time to know whether it's a mutually good fit. Unfortunately, your team never request to meet up. It totally threw me off when your team telling me about the drawing fee before knowing what I need. How do I know if your team is the best fit for my preference?

The team at LLR were super professional and efficient in dealing with my enquiries. I had my plumbing issue fixed within a few hours, and within a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
