I am aware of a recent job done by LNL Integrated Construction Sdn Bhd at a condominium. They carried out painting works without properly notifying residents. A resident's car ended up covered in paint splashes, causing thousands in damage. To make things worse, their staff was rude and unprofessional when confronted. The company has refused to take any responsibility or even apologise. If this is how they treat a resident's property and complaints, I would never hire them. Careless workmanship, terrible attitude, and zero accountability.

I strongly advise anyone considering using this contractor to think twice. They do not take responsibility for the damage they cause, their workers are rude, and their workmanship is unacceptable. I am a resident at a Condominium, where LNL Integrated Construction Sdn Bhd was appointed by management to carry out painting works. Damage to my car The contractor conducted painting works without any prior notice to residents. As a result, my car was covered in paint splashes. The paint has now set deep into my vehicle's paintwork. Despite clear evidence, the company has refused to take responsibility. Rude contractor behaviour When I raised the issue, and talk to their contractor, their technician was unprofessional and rude even curse me with bad words To this day, I have received no apology from them for their behaviour or for the damage caused to my property. No responsibility taken LNL Integrated Construction Sdn Bhd has made no effort to resolve this matter. They have not offered to clean my car, pay for repairs, or even acknowledge their fault. Instead, they are hiding behind the management and refusing to take accountability for their poor workmanship. Workmanship is terrible My car and my parking lot are still a mess. The paint residue remains everywhere. This is not the standard of work any resident or vehicle owner should expect.

Their workmanship is sloppy and their attitude is worse. I would not trust this company with any job, big or small. Save yourself the headache – go elsewhere.

The MO /JMB of my place awarded the exterior painting work of the entire project to this company. On 9 Dec 2022, I noticed their worker was scraping off the paint and debris into the lobby planter box, any excessed debris had also been swept into the planter box, including his cigarette butts. I tried to stop the worker, he not only did not stop or apologize, but carried on sweeping more into the planter box, raising his voice back to me and claiming it is normal and OK to sweep all debris into the planter box. He also mentioned that if I am not happy with it, I can complain to his boss, he does not care. I then raised this matter to his supervisor, Mr. Wong, hoping the supervisor would stop such action and behavior from the worker. The plantings in the planter box are already not growing well, yet they are doing this, not only to one planter box, but all the planter boxes in the surrounding blocks. On the same day, the supervisor Mr. Wong claimed that the worker has worked with them for 7 or 8 years, it is OK to sweep and scrape any paint and debris into the planter box. He also claimed that if I am not happy with it, I can complain to his boss, he does not care. No wonder the worker is having the same behavior. Attaching herewith the relevant pictures. The worker, his action, and planter box with debris and cigarette butts are evidently shown in the pictures. The workers with poor behavior and are poorly managed by an arrogant supervisor with no supervision on the work done. Yes, they are able to complete their work, but damaging surrounding items. I hope this review somehow brings to the attention of their future clients to think twice before engaging them for any job in future.
