I've been doing lot's of surveying and finally decided to go with M&N's retractable awning. Safe to say that I was not disappointed and extremely satisfied with the service, workmanship and quality of the awning. Special thanks to William who was my salesperson in charge. Overall smooth and pleasant experience from consultation all the way to installation. The entire process took no longer than 2 weeks from consultation to installation. Installation team was quick and professional, and was also responsible to ensure that the installation was tip top (from doing stress testing to double checking on all ends) before leaving. 5/5 stars! Thanks again and keep up the great work M&N and William! If you're looking for a good retractable awning, you have my word that this is probably one of the best choices out there without a doubt.

The team provided a very efficient and professional service during the installation of the awning. i am very impressed with their systematic work and coordination. they completed the work within 1.5hr. super fast and they even helped with cleaning up and washing off dirt from my porch. thank you very much William.

Very satisfying ! My shop looks very “atas” after installation. All materials are powder coated and solid. My sales person William come to my site and give me a measurement & quotation nicely. Installer also good workmanship, keep my place clean after installing. Overall I give 5 stars !
