Worst aircon installer ever! Make the aircon with a hole and tell me is a small issue. Clearly told the worker inform me if there’s any issue since still under developer warranty. Hack my wall and now hiding a big hole behind. For the other room, told me it’s developer problem for the piping position. Again, told him multiple time before start work. And now my aircon with a hole while it should be perfectly covered. Burnt my ceiling and tell me it’s not him, don’t know what’s happening. Only after complain then tell me will help me settle. Obviously there’s already a mark.

Very good installation provided by the company. Recommended, because even the installation job difficult, they can manage it. Service charge also reasonable and willing to discuss for the overall service cost. For improvement, I think the company should provide proper attire such as safety boots or safety gear for the technician to wear during installation. However it depends to the situation or owner if the technician can wear it inside the house / site.
