First time using this company for my house aircond service and I'm happy with the overall experience. The technicians were punctual, friendly, and did a thorough job. Everything was cleaned properly and my aircond is cooling much better now. Good service and reasonable price. Will use them again. Highly recommend!

The technicians were punctual, professional and honest. After checking both my AC units, they confirmed that the gas level was still sufficient and didn’t try to upsell me into an unnecessary top-up. They also quickly diagnosed why one unit wasn't cold, replaced the faulty capacitor, and got it working again. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and highly recommended!

The air conditioners were not properly cooling before, but after the thorough cleaning service washing both the indoor and outdoor units the chillness has significantly improved in my house and studio. Big thanks to Mavis Eco Cool for the excellent job. Very reliable, professional, and effective air-conditioning service company in the Klang Valley. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and detailed in their work. Clear improvement in air quality and cooling performance. Truly worth the service fee; no regrets at all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality aircond servicing.

Good job done, they perform cleaning by removing the unit and perform chemical cleaning. I also called them to fix new 1.5hp unit and job done neatly
