A True Partner in Creating Your Dream Home MIEUX Design are interior designers who deliver a complete end-to-end solution, from concept and design through to renovation. If you’re looking for a stress-free experience in curating your dream condo or home from start to finish, I strongly recommend MIEUX. I want to begin my review with two observations that may seem minor but, in reality, speak volumes about the calibre of this team. Observation #1: Genuine Engagement My interior design journey in Malaysia began in early 2024, when I expected my condo to VP in May. I reached out to multiple firms, only to be met with responses that were either dismissive (“we typically only do IDs with value RMXXX”) or requests to come back once I had my keys. MIEUX stood out. They were the only firm willing to engage early, listen, and explore possibilities without rushing me through a cookie-cutter process. They are not a churn-and-burn outfit; they are true partners who take the time to understand your vision. Observation #2: Attention to Detail When condo renovations begin, contractors must lay protective coverings from the unit to the goods lift for material transport. The quality of this covering says a lot about the contractor. Lower-tier firms often use flimsy plastic, no thicker than a supermarket bag. MIEUX, however, used a thick, fully padded covering. It may sound trivial, but this attention to detail reflects their commitment to quality. If a contractor cuts corners on basics, where else might they compromise? With MIEUX, you can trust they won’t skimp on materials to boost margins. Overall Experience MIEUX have designed and built what I believe is one of the most luxurious apartments in the North East of KL. They are a trusted partner for transforming living spaces: A.) They are consultative, listening to how you plan to use your space and designing around your lifestyle, not imposing rigid design principles. B.) They provided regular updates with photos throughout the renovation process. C.) They identified flaws that even professional defect checkers missed. D.) They owned up to any mistakes promptly and rectified them without hesitation. E.) They anticipated details you might overlook, such as installing an extra power point in the yard because my washing machine model required two (they asked for the model in advance!). MIEUX have my deepest gratitude and unwavering support for their exceptional work. Thank you, Sheila, Koon, Isaac, and the entire MIEUX Design team, for designing and building my dream apartment.

Whoever who is managing the WhatsApp reply is inexperience, rude and condescending! For a small unit, I had quoted a lower budget, not because I can't afford higher budget but it is very offensive to reply me that their work may cost too much for me. At least discuss first before pushing away the customer.

Sheila was the most patient, professional and attentive designer I have ever met in my life. To design my house, she interview and communicate with me for 2 hours so she able to understand what really my requirements is and truly meet my expectations. Her attention to minor detail and services were exceptional, they will give you more than you expected.
