I engaged Mr Awning to install a ACP awning & ceiling awning for my house. The salesperson Jonathan was very easy to talk to and even helped adjust the price to fit my budget. From fabrication to delivery, everything was fast and efficient, and the installation was completed within half a day. The awning really makes my house look good. I also requested for a paint touch-up, and they arranged it very quickly. Overall, great service and highly recommended!

Title: Disappointing After-Sales Service & Unresolved Leaking Issue I engaged Mr Awning to install an awning at my property, and while the installation was completed on time, I’ve experienced leaking problems since the very beginning. I reported the issue to them multiple times, but despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no action taken to resolve the problem. What’s worse is the complete lack of responsiveness from their salesperson, who stopped replying to my messages altogether. This kind of unprofessional after-sales service is unacceptable, especially when the issue clearly relates to workmanship or product quality. I had higher expectations when choosing Mr Awning, but unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to be cautious and consider more reliable service providers who are responsive and take customer complaints seriously.

Great and good company for roof awning. From the sales person, Mr. Nick Loh, actual site visit by the specialist, and lastly to the work arrangement and installation. Entire process about 2 weeks for more than 300sqft glass roof. All very well done and well planned. The quality of works are good too, neat and proper. Similar to the other reputable and established roofing companies. No issue at all, trusted company and good works. 👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏡🪙
