We hired Mr. Ceiling for wall panel and ceiling work during our renovation, and the result exceeded our expectations. The team was experienced and gave helpful suggestions instead of just following blindly. End result looks clean and modern.

This review is based not on their workmanship rather in their commitment or lack of it on the schedule agreed. Initial experience was good where work order was given ahead of time which allows me to get annual leave for the work. And it stated that they will call before coming to execute the work. No prior calls or messages were received to confirm if they are coming. On the day, I waited even past an hour of the agreed time frame. Only when I sent a message past an hour after their scheduled time, they replied stating their technician is "having an emergency". I believe this is just a bullshit. If it is true, they would have called earlier and I can understand. Not after I called to ask for status and they just give a crap response. No consideration that people has to take annual leave to cater for their service.

The service is really satisfactory. Team Mr. Ceiling came on time, the work was neat. The plaster ceiling looks beautiful and the house feels neater after it is finished. Recommended 👍
