I initially thought changing a kitchen tap would be a simple DIY task as long as I had the right tools. I was wrong. My second tap started leaking, so I bought a replacement, but the mounting nut underneath the sink was completely rusted and seized. I spent days trying to unscrew it, bought extra tools, and even used a whole can of WD-40, but nothing worked. It was incredibly frustrating. Finally, I found Mr. Lim on Google. Despite messaging him around 11 PM, he was the only one among several contractors to reply almost instantly. He arranged for a technician to come over the very next morning. The worker arrived right on time and solved the issue in just a few minutes! Lesson learned: leave professional tasks to the professionals. Highly recommended for their speed and efficiency!
