Our water tank leaked on a Saturday night and we needed someone to come in on a Sunday to check and fix it quickly. Safiq was very responsive, courteous and cleaned up well. He couldn't complete the job on Sunday so Monday he looked for a replacement item himself and did the final fixing. His pricing is also of good value. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. I Whatsapp him on Wednesday with a short video what needed to be fixed. To my surprise, I received a very welcoming and informative response. He immediately gave me a quotation as well. He is very transparent with the pricing. He's also very professional at doing his job. Since we live in a condominium, we had some issues to turn off the main water tap for my unit. But the plumber was really understanding and patient. I've experienced other repairmen who would turn into a whiny baby despite of being a full grown man. After the work and payment was done, he also inform me to contact him, if there's any leakage from his work. What a very responsible person! I highly recommend MSI Plumber. Excellent service!
