Excellent and prompt service at very good rates. RM198 for first 2 units. Very good job done by skilled personnel Mohd Uni Saffuan and Robin for all 2 airconds. Very satisfied with the service and level of professionalism. Work done is also clean. Will definitely engage this company again.

Terrible experience with this shop. Communication is completely absent — sales and support never update the client, and they don’t even coordinate with their own service agents/technicians. Appointment time was a complete mess. They showed up 2 hours late with no updates, no explanation for the delay, and no one bothered to inform us. We had to rearrange our schedule just to accommodate them, yet they clearly don’t value our time — as if the client’s time is not precious at all. No apology was given. Worst of all, the service agent asked for payment that was never agreed upon beforehand. The price went from RM198 to RM298 without notice. No receipt given. I had already paid a RM50 deposit, but they didn’t deduct it from the balance. When I asked sales/support for a refund of the deposit, there was no response — they wouldn’t even pick up the call. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. Highly not recommended.

I am very skeptical but still I ordered a service for 3 units for 9/24 and 9/25, they are very accommodating with all the request and their staff are really polite, friendly and very professional, because they were fast and focus in completing the service at the same time they maintained the cleanliness of the area before leaving. They also taught me how to read the PSI. Great service and good staff!!! and good looking guys too. ☺️ I don't post their faces out of respect... it's for you to find out 😊

Excellent and prompt service at very good rates. RM98 for first 2 units and RM80 for subsequent units. Very good job done by skilled personnel for all 4 airconds. Very satisfied with the service and level of professionalism. There's a 1-month warranty on work done. Work is also clean. Will definitely engage this company again.
