Dealing with Bong was a very easy and comfortable experience. He explained everything step by step and patiently answered all of my questions. As a customer, I believe this is one of the most important qualities a staff member in the custom cabinet industry should have. He also took the time to explain the pros and cons of different materials, helping me choose the best option based on my budget and requirements. His team worked efficiently and maintained a fast pace throughout the project. Although there were times when progress updates were not provided proactively, this was mainly because he assumed I would be visiting the unit frequently. However, whenever I requested progress photos or videos, he would send them on the same day or by the next working day. This showed that he was responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. In conclusion, Bong and his team delivered excellent service, professional workmanship, and a smooth overall experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom cabinet solutions.

Very good workmanship. Service by Mr.CK and he was patience in dealing with my project. Starting from scratch, from nothing to something. Moved in for less than 6 months but it’s still very fascinating everyday looking at the design that came out of life. Highly recommend carpentry/ one stop reno company for convenience and value for money.
