One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company, not just renovation. Their workmanship is extremely poor — defects started showing within just 1–2 years, and now, barely 3 years later, the bathroom cabinet is already falling apart. Glue not holding, structure failing — this is clearly bad workmanship from the start. And it wasn’t only the cabinet; several other parts of their work were also obviously rushed and poorly finished. When I contacted them about it, instead of taking any responsibility, they quoted RM200 for repair and RM80 just for transportation. The customer service made everything even worse: very slow replies, no proper follow-up, contacting the wrong family member instead of me, sending pointless “Hi” messages with no purpose, and even random missed calls with no explanation. Totally unprofessional and frustrating. Renovation and interior design require good workmanship and clear communication — this company failed at both. I strongly DO NOT recommend them to anyone.
