Had a great experience dealing with the Seagull Sales team, especially throughout the quotation and purchasing process. They were responsive, patient, & helpful in answering all my questions, providing product recommendations, checking stock availability, & arranging the delivery. Communication was smooth, & they kept me updated on the order status from the initial inquiry until payment confirmation. I also appreciate their willingness to assist with future project requirements. Thank you for the excellent service. After Sales Services I can said total bad experience. Just purchase not more than 2 month notice cold, and request to check, need to make payment. Next time I won't recommend anyone from my side to purchase from this shop on shopee or here.

Very good, reliable and professional service. It was my first experience in buying and installing aircon, very well explaination from Max, such a patient and professional person. Everything completed in stipulated timeline. The price is reasonable too.

Overall their prices for air conditioning was the cheapest when I did my survey. There are packages for installation. Those do not included copper piping and wiring etc. So be ready for extra payments. Only downside was when I installed two identical units, one did not function after a few days and the team that installed had to come back to sort it out. They cover installation for a month after. Overall quite happy with the service and price.
