Extremely poor workmanship for a RM180 service fee. The plumber failed to install the drain pipe correctly, and when asked to adjust the length, they simply cut it too short and stuffed it into the drain. My washing machine can no longer function because of this "repair." I expected professional service for the price I paid, but I was left with a bigger problem than I started with.
