I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the PMJ team for their exceptional work in turning my vision into a beautifully crafted home. Especially Mr Jin-my Project Manager and my ID-Yonna. From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, transparency, technical precision, and most importantly—a genuine passion for their work. *Excellent communication: Jin and Yonna was always responsive, clear, and thoughtful in every discussion. Even when I requested countless changes mid-way, they handled everything with patience and professionalism, never once rushing me or cutting corners. *Outstanding workmanship: The level of detail in their finishing is impressive—from carpentry, lighting installations, to tiling and paintwork. The precision in the kitchen joinery, the seamless lighting plan, and the clean lines throughout the courtyard truly reflect a team that takes pride in quality. All their workers all well trained, gave very good suggestion and very polite. *Great sense of design: They didn’t just execute what I asked—they improved upon it. Every corner given me a "WOW". Their suggestions on materials, lighting warmth, and layout efficiency enhanced both the beauty and usability of the space. The result is a home that feels modern, tropical, peaceful, and personal. *Clean, organized site management: Every time I visited, the site was well-kept, tools stored properly, and materials neatly arranged. That says a lot about how much they respect their craft and their clients. *On time and transparent: The timeline was well-structured and consistently updated. I was never left in the dark about what was happening, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful to have worked with Jin, Yonna and their teams. We recently engaged PMJ Design & Build Sdn Bhd to renovate our intermediate terrace house, which is more than 35 years old. As first-time homeowners with no prior renovation experience, we were initially nervous about the process. Thankfully, Mr. JinJ and his team guided us every step of the way. One thing that sets PMJ apart is their design sense. We didn’t just want a basic renovation — we wanted a layout that would enhance how we use our space daily. Their designer worked closely with us to create an open-plan concept that connected our living, dining, and kitchen areas. It feels airy, modern, and so much more functional now. They thought of things like lighting flow, plug point placements, and even how we walk around the house. Every small detail adds to the comfort. We now enjoy hosting family dinners more than ever!

Even after the renovation was completed, the Jin-J stayed in touch with meto make sure everything was okay. They did a full post-reno walkthrough and helped us fix a minor issue with one of the cabinet doors, no extra charge. Rare after sales service nowadays. He showed me they truly care about long-term customer satisfaction, not just quick jobs. I’ve recommended them to family and colleagues already. It’s nice to know that good service still exists 👍🏼
