Overall, I am satisfied with services provided by Nick and his team. Nick's design is timeless and elegant. He is very patient with all my requests/wishlists, and would give appropriate advice/recommendations. As a project manager, he is also very responsive most of the time and ensure that the renovations are completed within the agreed timeline. A pleasant experience with Pocket Square.

On top of just being really thoughtful about designing and decorating for a very tricky space, the Pocket Square team were excellent in walking u A through the whole process of getting our place done up. We were living abroad while going through the remodel, so we were not quite sure what to expect, and what would happen in case of variations, delays, and logistic mishaps. But Nick and his team really came through for us. From working with the developer’s defects team, to handling the permits and management office bureaucracy, material selection, design + design review, construction, decoration and customization of furniture, the whole team really made it easy for us to trust them to get the job done. On the rare occasion that issues cropped up, I’m very happy that the project management team was forthcoming, and offered multiple solutions to deal with the problems. All in all, the work was done on time, within budget, and with meticulous attention to detail and workmanship. We’re very happy customers and will highly recommend them to anyone who would like to remodel their home without risking a heart attack.
