After payment service is very poor. When i first contacted Pro home for roof leaking, they responded fast & come to my home to fix the roof leaking in just a few days. The price was much higher compared to other company but i thought it was worth it because it comes with 5 year warranty. However, after 1 year & 5 months, my roof started to leak again. It took me multiples attempt to contact them to come to fix the leaking. Finally after 1 month, they came to fix but despite the fix, my roof is still leaking after heavy rain.

Found them on Google search after an emergency plumbing issue. Very fast response, able to come and fix it within 2hrs from time of contact. Price is reasonable too.

Never fixed the problem and not follow up after found issue are not fixed. Collected cash immediately without allow to test for few days. Most funniest drama is the contractor told been fired the next day we call to follow up on unsolved issue. Same group of people with #xingfujia which already have same reviews reported.
