I had a good experience with RedHaus. Their team provided a clear and easy-to-understand explanation of the causes of the roof leakage. They also used a drone to inspect the roof, which made it easier to identify the problem areas accurately and safely. The proposed solution was explained in detail, and the repair work was carried out professionally. After the repairs were completed, the results were satisfactory, and the leaking issue was resolved. I appreciate their transparency, expertise, and use of technology throughout the process. I would highly recommend RedHouse to anyone in need of reliable and professional roof leak inspection and repair work.

We hired this company to install a new roof at car porch using metal deck and fix some parts of our old roof last year, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and paid attention to detail. The job was completed on time and within budget. Most importantly, after a full rainy season end of last year, there have been absolutely no leaks or issues. The roof is performing perfectly. We truly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

From initial inspection through to completion and after-service, I have been highly satisfied with the overall experience. Lawrence and Charles were transparent, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. They accurately diagnosed the roofing issues and presented options that were practical and suited to our needs and budget. When we decided to modify the roof design and layout, Lawrence clearly walked us through the available options along with their respective pros and cons, which made decision-making straightforward. During the renovation, Charles conducted regular on-site checks to ensure the workmanship met the required standard, and it showed in the final result. The roof was also properly sealed, which has resolved a recurring issue we had with animals getting underneath. The quality of the finished roof has exceeded expectations. Noise insulation is noticeably improved, rainfall is barely audible except during very heavy downpours, and heat insulation has been equally impressive. Most importantly, the leak issue was properly resolved. I would highly recommend Redhaus to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

The ceiling from my car porch was leaking when it rained and the problem has been going on for more than a year. I have appointed several contractors to check and fix and yet, the problem was not solved at all despite spending so much money. I came across Redhaus Solutions from the website and fortunately, I managed to engage Lawrence to come over. He came over to inspect the site and explained it to me in very detail and was incredibly professional. The price was reasonable and it just took two days to complete with some FOC services added. I am very satisfied with their work as it no longer leaks when it rains. Choosing Redhaus Solutions was the best decision. Excellent work!
