While looking for house renovation contractors, my wife and I met Marcus, the boss of Reliable Design and Build. We felt that he is trustworthy and sincere and we handed the renovation project to him. We had a very tight budget and timeline. Marcus and his team worked with us closely to handover our home on time. We had regular communications throughout the project and he was very fast to respond to our queries, changes and clarifications that we had. He also helped us monitor the progress closely and carefully. He coordinated his team very well on a tight timeline to deliver all the necessary components. His carpentry partner, Danny also did a fantastic job in designing our cabinets and wardrobes. He listened to our requirements carefully and came up with the design we wanted and delivered it!!! We were very impressed by Marcus and Danny’s professionalism and attention to details. There were occasions where they were not satisfied with the work done by their workers and they asked their workers to redo again until they are satisfied. During the project if we encountered any challenges, we could count on Marcus and Danny to find solutions to help us resolve those. Even after they handed over the house to us, they follow up with us regularly to ensure everything is fine. We highly recommend Reliable Design and Build (Marcus and Danny) to anyone looking for a reliable, sincere and trustworthy contractor. We are very happy that we made the right decision and will engage them again in the future if need arises.
