As a Malaysian working in Singapore, i bought an unit at Trion 2, Kuala Lumpur, I was unable to travel frequently to manage my property. Rentworks handled everything for me, from key collection and defect inspection (and monitoring) to renovation and tenant sourcing (with the help of agents). What I appreciated most was their regular updates throughout the process. and i even never stepped into the unit once! After the renovation was completed, Rentworks marketed the unit through their agent network, and it was successfully rented out within just 25 days, totally met my expectations. we bought a townhouse at Puchong, and Rentworks helped me renovated my unit according to my equirements. I didnt want to spend a huge sum engaging ID and doing heavy renovation. Rentworks team had helped me to do what’s necessary to me, with a touch of design involved, to give my home a warm MUJI design. I have bought few high rise condos in JB for the past few years as investment, some lease out long term, some i partitioned the living room into a bedroom and renting out as individual rooms. As i am based in Singapore, i couldn’t have time to monitor the progress of the whole renovation, let alone handling few contractors to do up my properties, it could take months as i only had weekends to check my unit.
